Job Purpose:

职位目的

Responsible for the business, operation and HR management etc. of the branch.

全面负责分公司的销售、运营及人员管理等。

Key Responsibilities:

主要职责

1. Strategy layout: planning annual sales target in dedicated area, distribute sales tasks, execute and complete sales goal.

战略布局:规划所在区域汽车漆年度销售计划,分派销售任务,实施和达成销售目标;

2. Develop new project: collect and analyze competitors and customers information, make development scheme for new projects in dedicated area.

新业务开拓:收集分析竞争对手及用户信息,组织制定当地市场新业务开拓方案;

3. Business management: analyze, sign, execute and maintain sales contracts, complete sales tasks in dedicated area, manage sales payback and control cash flow.

业务管理:评审、签订、执行并维护销售类合同,当地市场销售任务的完成及货款的回收、资金的管理等工作;

4. Marketing: promote new products in dedicated market, maintain market rule to make sure sales in healthy operation, improve and permeate brand value.

市场工作:当地市场新产品的推广、指导工作维护和稳定当地市场秩序,以保证整个销售渠道的良性运作,公司产品品牌提升及持续渗透。

5. CRM: build effective customer relationship, manage and accumulate customer resources. Insight customers needs and timely feedback key information. Maintain company and personal credibilitybecome key contact of your customers.

客户关系管理:建立有效的客户关系,管理和积累当地市场的客户资源。了解客户需求,及时反馈客户信息。维护公司和个人的可信度,成为客户认可的主要联系人。

6. KA management: responsible for key projects of OEMs and 4S groups in dedicated area.

大客户管理:兼职负责所在区域主机厂、4S店集团等大客户的项目管理及业务跟进。

7. Personnel training and development: provide sales and products training and instruction, help subordinates to improve skills and competencies.

人员培养与发展:提供销售、产品方面知识的培训、指导,帮助下属提升专业技能及综合素质。成为团队精神领袖,从做事方式上深入影响下属,提升团队士气,改善团队工作效率,加强集体向心力。

Qualification Requirements

任职要求

Education/ Knowledge教育及知识要求:

1. Bachelor or above degree with Vehicle EngineeringChemical, Marketing, and Management majors.

985211全日制大学本科以上学历,全日制大学硕士以上学历,车辆、化工类、市场营销、管理专业优先;

2. Strong management, ability to judge and make decisions, good at communication and coordination, excellent planning and execution .

具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力,人际沟通协调能力,计划和执行能力;

3. Ability on business negotiation and communication, can handle with high-level commercial communication.

熟练商务谈判、客户沟通相关技巧,能够应对高层商务谈判;

4. Problem analysis and solving and logical thinking, keen insight.

很强的分析问题、解决问题的能力,敏锐的洞察力,清晰的逻辑思维;

5. Proactivity, excellent planning and execution, good coordination and communication.

积极主动,优秀的计划和执行能力,良好的协调和人际沟通能力。

Practical experience实际经验要求:

1. 5+ years sales experiences in automotive industry.

5年以上汽车相关行业销售工作经验;

2. 3+ years products sales and team management experiences.

3年以上产品销售、团队管理经验;

3. Familiar with modern enterprise management mode, skillfully use all kinds of incentives, familiar with industry development situation.

熟悉现代企业管理模式,熟练运用各种激励措施,熟悉行业发展现状;

4. Good presentation skillsexcellent written communication ability.

良好的演讲及PPT演示能力,优秀的书面表达能力;

5. Familiar with office software.

熟练运用office办公软件。
