Job Purpose:

职位目的

Fully responsible of marketing management to improve brand image and recognition

全面负责市场营销管理工作,提升品牌形象和认知度

Key Responsibilities:

主要职责

1.     Market Strategy: leading annual strategy making, updating and improving based on industry situation and development trend. Supervise strategy implementation and track results, analyze and summarize results in data form.

市场策略:依据行业发展情况与趋势,主导公司年度市场政策的制定、后续市场政策的更新与调整,监督市场政策的执行,追踪政策执行结果,并以数据形式分析和总结。

2.     Market Promotion: lead and organize marketing programs of all company products, different brands in various marketing channels. Improve company image and market recognition with effective promotion.

市场推广:负责组织制定公司不同种类产品、不同品牌的多渠道营销方案,通过有效的市场推广手段提升品牌形象和市场认知度。

3.     Market activities: organize all kinds of related market activities, such as quarterly or annually dealer meeting, industry skill demonstration and competition games.

市场活动:负责组织各类市场相关活动,比如季度、年度经销商大会,行业技能演示、比赛等。

4.     Market information: collect market information, including industry situation, frontier and development trendscompetitors dynamics. Analyze information to support business and KA development.

市场信息:收集市场信息,包括行业动态,行业前沿发展趋势,竞争对手动态等,分析信息以支持业务发展和大客户开发。

5.     Team Building: in charge of work planning and team building, provide professional training and guidance for team members and related depts.

团队建设:负责部门工作规划及人员管理,对团队成员和相关部门提供培训和指导。

Qualification Requirements

任职要求

Education/ Knowledge教育及知识要求:

1.     Bachelor or above degree with Marketing, Management or other related majors.

985211全日制大学本科以上学历,市场营销、管理类专业优先;

2.     Familiar with Marketing theory, such as 4C4P theory.  Have unique view and deep thoughts about marketing and promotion.

了解市场营销理论(4C4P等),对市场营销和市场推广有独特想法和深入思考;

3.     Problem analysis and solving and logical thinking, keen insight.

很强的分析问题、解决问题的能力,敏锐的洞察力,清晰的逻辑思维;

4.     Proactivity, excellent planning and execution, good coordination and communication.

积极主动,优秀的计划和执行能力,良好的协调和人际沟通能力。

Practical experience实际经验要求:

1.     5+ years marketing experiences with automotive aftersales products or consumer goods or manufactured goods.

5年以上汽车后市场、快消品、工业品行业市场营销工作经验;

2.     3+ years management position experience with actual team building experience.

3年以上管理岗位工作经验,有实际团队管理经验;

3.     Ability of internal collaboration in marketing and KA dept..

具有市场战略大团队协同工作能力;

4.     Excellent presentation skills with both fluent mandarin and English.

绝佳的中英文演讲及PPT演示能力;

5.     Familiar with office software.

熟练运用office办公软件。
